VentaFlow Insights guide

VentaFlow Insights is a Chrome extension for analyzing marketplace search results and a web dashboard at ventaflowinsights.com to review and export what you saved (signed in). Everything runs on search results pages—we do not analyze standalone product detail pages.

Supported marketplaces

Mercado LibreAlibabaAliExpressAmazoneBay

In the Chrome extension

  • Automatic analysis when you open a search on Mercado Libre, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress or Alibaba.
  • Opportunity score (0–100), price summary (avg, median, min, max) and demand, competition and concentration pillars.
  • Up to 25 product groups by brand, type and specs, with visual markers on listing cards.
  • Compare up to 6 listings in a table inside the panel and export that comparison to CSV.
  • Favorites via the star (★) on rankings: up to 40 saved products. Export favorites to CSV from the extension.
  • Local history of up to 30 analyzed searches, with reopen and per-entry CSV export.
  • Transparent methodology: shows which metrics are real, estimated or proxy per marketplace.
  • Panel in Spanish, Portuguese or English (auto from browser or manual in Settings).

Export from the extension

  • CSV of the analysis shown on the main panel (Export button in the action bar).
  • CSV per saved search from the History view.
  • Hold Shift when downloading CSV for a formatted report (.xls) ready to share.

More Mercado Libre results (pilot)

Include up to 3 pages of the same search in one analysis. Pages 2 and 3 do not count toward your daily analysis quota (Free plan).

On ventaflowinsights.com

When signed in, the web dashboard syncs searches and favorites from the extension (Free or Premium).

  • Data hub: unified catalog from saved searches and favorites. Filter with keyword chips (Enter), marketplace or source; compare prices across channels and export CSV.
  • Saved searches: up to 30 cloud analyses with per-marketplace detail, score and CSV or JSON export.
  • Cloud favorites: same collections as the extension, with search, sort, channel filter and side-by-side compare (2–6 products).
  • Subscription: plan status, billing and sign out.

Good to know limits

  • Free plan: 7 analyses per day (resets at local midnight).
  • Local extension history: 30 entries. Cloud (signed in): 30 saved searches.
  • Favorites: up to 40 products. Compare: up to 6 listings at once.
  • Groups per analysis: up to 25; products indexed in Data hub: up to 50 per saved search.

What it does not do (for now)

  • It does not analyze a product detail page opened on its own—you need a search results page.
  • No automatic server-side SERP crawling—favorites and keywords update when you re-analyze with the extension (about every 7 days).
  • No listing, repricing or inventory management—it is market intelligence, not an ERP.

Getting started

  1. Install the Chrome extension and open a search on a supported marketplace.
  2. Use the floating button for the side panel (or the popup for quota, account and language).
  3. Wait for auto-analysis or tap Refresh. Explore score, groups, prices and the ranking.
  4. Star favorites, compare from the Compare tab or save the selection to favorites.
  5. Export CSV from the panel or reopen past searches in History.
  6. Sign in at ventaflowinsights.com for the Data hub, cloud favorites and exports.
